Phone Calls. Return Them.

So few people return phone calls.

This, still, is the number one complaint against attorneys that are filed with the State Bars across the country. I find that my very prompt responses to attorneys who call me to inquire about my coaching and consulting services are surprised, sometimes even shocked, that I am so quick to respond to their inquiries.

This single feature has resulted in many engagements over the years of my coaching practice.
