Watch your Face…book! Earlier this year, the Florida Bar announced it would look at Facebook and MySpace pages during the character assessments of lawyers, and other states might be doing the same, albeit unofficially. This week, Ed offers cautions about what should and shouldn’t make it to your online profiles.
